Professional land surveying services

Five things we do, done right.

From a single town lot to family farmland, every job gets the same care: thorough records research, precise fieldwork, and corners you can find again years from now.

Boundary Location Surveys

The core of the trade: researching your deed and the surrounding records, locating existing evidence, and marking the true corners and lines of your property.

Corners set & verified

Town Lot Surveys

Village and city lots in Greenville, Versailles, Arcanum, and beyond — verified lines for fences, additions, driveways, and peace of mind with the neighbors.

In-town parcels

Land Split Surveys

Splitting off a building site or dividing acreage among family? We survey the new parcel, set the corners, and prepare the paperwork the county needs to approve it.

New parcels & acreage

Flagging Property Lines

Clear, visible flags along your boundary so you can build a fence, clear brush, plant, or log with confidence — no guessing where the line runs.

Deed-ready documents

Not sure which one you need?

Describe what you're planning — buying, building, splitting, or settling a line — and Jake will tell you exactly what the job calls for.

When to call a surveyor

Before the fence goes up, not after.

Most boundary problems are cheap to prevent and expensive to fix. A survey up front settles the question for good.

  • Buying or selling landKnow what's actually being conveyed before money changes hands.
  • Building a fence, barn, or additionSetbacks and lines verified before the first post hole is dug.
  • Splitting land for family or saleA new parcel needs a survey and legal description the county will accept.
  • A disagreement over the lineAn independent, licensed survey replaces opinions with evidence.
  • Title or lender requirementsClosings sometimes call for updated surveys or descriptions — we work to Ohio conveyance standards.

How it works

From phone call to corner pins.

Every survey follows the same disciplined path — that's how the results hold up at the county office and over the back fence.
